I respect your privacy. This document explains what data I process, for what purpose, and what choices you have.

What data I process

Depending on how you use the website, I may process: (a) contact form data (name, email, message), (b) client account data (name, email, role, access logs), (c) content you store in the client zone (e.g. notes), and (d) technical data necessary for security (e.g. session identifiers).

Cookies and similar technologies

I use essential cookies needed for the website to work (e.g. security/session cookies and language preference). Optional analytics (A/B testing events) are used only if you give consent. You can change your choice anytime via the cookie settings on this website.

Third-party services

Some features may use third parties: email delivery (Google Workspace/Gmail SMTP), scheduling (Calendly – loaded only after you click to book), and optional login via Google. These providers may process data as independent controllers under their own policies.

Data retention

I keep personal data only as long as necessary for providing the service, fulfilling legal obligations (e.g. accounting), or protecting legitimate interests. Analytics events are stored in aggregated/anonymous form and kept for a limited time.

Security

I use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data (access control, secure sessions, and best-effort hardening). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Policy Changes

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and you may object to processing. If processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
