Igi je pre mňa od začiatku jak mentor, tak kamarát. Bol mi veľkou oporou na mojej ceste od programátora po architekta a už mnohokrát mi pomohol rozobrať rôzne kariérne situácie, poskytnúť pohľad tretej osoby a dopracovať sa k riešeniam, o ktorých som bol vždy presvedčený, že sú tie správne. Bál jsem se, že jde o skrytou formu HR agentury, ale Igor skutečně vývojářům pomáhá, ne jim hledá pozici. Pomohl mi vyjasnit si, čeho chci vlastně profesně dosáhnout.
