Service description

I provide individual mentoring focused on professional development (primarily for software developers). The service may include online sessions, follow-up tasks, and access to digital materials in the client zone.

How an agreement is made

The intro call is free and non-binding. If we both decide to cooperate, the scope, form, and price are agreed individually (typically by email) and confirmed by invoice/payment.

Pricing and payment

Mentoring is typically provided as a multi-session package. Payment is made in advance based on an invoice and bank transfer, unless agreed otherwise.

Rescheduling and cancellation

Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled no later than 24 hours before start. Late cancellations or no-shows are counted as completed sessions.

Client zone and digital content

If you receive access to the client zone, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Digital materials are provided as-is and may be updated over time. Reasonable availability is provided, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed (e.g. maintenance or outages).

Confidentiality and intellectual property

Information shared during mentoring is confidential unless you explicitly agree otherwise or disclosure is required by law. All materials provided by me (texts, frameworks, recordings, files) are protected by copyright and are for your personal use only; redistribution is not allowed without my written consent.

Data protection and cookies

Personal data is processed securely and not shared with third parties unless necessary to provide the service (e.g. email delivery, scheduling) or required by law. Cookies are used for essential functionality and, if you consent, for anonymous website analytics. See the Privacy Policy for details.
