Technical experience is an important foundation, but architecture also brings different questions: how to choose between solutions, how to understand the wider context, and where to find opportunities for real-world practice.
Through Petr's fictional story, you'll explore specific situations and decisions involved in that transition. Who I am and why developers talk to me about their careers
I've worked in software for more than 10 years as a developer, architect, and team lead. I also have experience in project management and Scrum. That has given me first-hand experience of the different kinds of responsibility, collaboration, and decision-making that come with professional growth. In mentoring, I combine that experience with a structured approach and concrete steps.
